Hard hat areas and whether identification is required. Please note: If we are unable to gain access to your site at the arranged time there will be a charge for this.

First fix Where possible we will try and fix the faults on your equipment on our first visit. This avoids the further cost of a return trip and labour charge. If the work involved exceeds that which is costed into the callout then it is sometimes necessary to go away and wait for further authorisation to carry out the repairs. Therefore, you may choose to authorise us to carry out repairs up to a certain limit on our initial visit where those costs fall outside of our callout charge and labour.
